BrandQ® Webinar Series

You're Fired! Why Printers Fire Brands
How to tell if the quality you are asking for is too much…

Friday, November 30th

1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. (EST)

Brands have quality requirements, but some brands requirements are so difficult that printers struggle to achieve them. In some cases, the work is deemed unprofitable and the printer fires the brand, choosing to move on to more profitable work. In this webinar we take a look at what happens when a brand’s quality requirement cannot be achieved by the supply chain because the request is simply unreasonable. Our panel will discuss how and when brand quality requirements become an obstacle to producing products. Communication is key, and in this webinar we will explore when printers can work with a brand, and when they decide to decline working with a brand.

In this webinar we will look at:

  • How much more does high quality cost?
  • Can a supplier reasonably produce the quality you are asking for?
  • How to communicate difficult quality issues between print and supply chain.
  • How to determine what reasonable tolerances are.
