Our topic…
Knowing & Leading Strategy & Culture

Our plan for this session will be to examine the role mission plays in aligning an organization and driving culture.  The session will focus on three key deliverables:

1. Participants will be asked to bring their own mission statements or whatever they are using to bind people together around the culture they are attempting to create. Pre-Work will include drafting a personal mission statement and a short video on driving strategy across an organization.
2. Further, we will be discussing and practicing leadership behaviors and communications that help to create meaning to work for employees and other leaders.
3. Our focus will be on aligning – strategy, structure, people, performance and expectations to drive an organization. We will begin working on a three-year planning process to focus attention on the three main assets of any company – physical, financial and human.
